The Yoga Boss Minis Camp Mission:
To Teach kids that not every day needs to follow a strict structure- and that’s okay! We’ll guide them in recognizing the emotions that arise throughout their morning and understanding why those feelings show up.
Using tools like yoga, nature, music, and art, we’ll help them to learn how to be the boss of their minds and emotions. Instead of feeling uncertain or overwhelmed by new situations, they’ll gain the confidence and clarity to make thoughtful choices and embrace every emotion with curiosity and calm.
Choose from 2 different camp sessions or choose BOTH and have a seasoned Yogi Mini by the day school starts!
